The Sonndr?

Sonndr is a coffee shop – it is a community hub, a space to work, a space to meet up with your loved ones. However, Sonndr is also intended to be an experience. For that reason, despite having all of the traditional drinks available on our menu, we also curated a drink that is unique to our space and a harmonious assembly of all things short, sweet, and caffeinated.

You may have noticed The Sonndr on our menu - though it is subject to change, it is our specialty drink that mirrors how we're feeling. The Sonndr as it exists on our current menu is a rendition of the classic cortado, except the espresso is layered with a dark chocolate syrup; highlighting the notes of cacao and the astringent nature of the roasted beans from the espresso. In equal parts to the espresso is steamed milk of your choice – soy, almond, oat, or dairy. To tie it all together, a dash of cinnamon is sprinkled atop the gently steamed milk. Short, sweet, but with a hint of spice – it is the ultimate, wholesome drink.

Over the course of the past couple of months that we have been open, we were not sure how The Sonndr would be received by our community. To see familiar faces come by and get the drink that we have come to love, sit at the bar alongside a book or a conversation with our baristas, is truly heartwarming. Just like the drink in itself – short, sweet, and hearty – we hope that your short trips to our coffee shops are also sweet and warm.
